That is my main mission too.But people cannot get the best from others, unless they are first able to get the best from themselves.Because, if a person walks into a situation and he-she is in the wrong mood, or angry, or fearful, or unprepared, or late; then that person is not in a position to get the best from that situation.Therefore in order to get the best from others, you must first know how to get the best from yourself.That is why success is dependent on personal development.I have spent my whole adult life trying to figure-out how to get the best from myself and others. I started young. At the age of 15, I knew I wanted to get the best from myself; that seemed self-evidently, a good plan. So, I started reading self-development books; • How to win friends and influence people • Use your head • Develop a super power memoryI studied psychology, physiology, history, business, sales, management and leadership. I put as much into practice as I could, noted the results and improved my methods.In 1997 I started The Corporate Coach Training Company.
