I’ve been in the food service industry since I was 11 years old as my dad owned a fried chicken restaurant when I was a kid. I began working for Podnuhs BBQ at 15 years old and have never looked back. After 9 years at Podnuhs and no more room to grow…I stepped into sales for Conco Food Service. Since then I have successfully navigated through multiple foodservice positions such as transportation manager as well as operations manager until finally settling into purchasing. I enjoy the food business…it’s a relationship business and God has gifted me with the ability to do it quite well!
