Chris Goggin

JCB Graduate engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering BEng (Hons). Having been awarded a bursary from Cummins Inc. he has ambitions to develop a career in engineering focusing on product development and validation. During his scheme he is working within the Service Business Unit at JCB, where he has been in key positions on both technical and commercial projects, currently leading a project to improve dealer and part sales growth. A pro-active and committed employee having worked in a range of customer service and industrial roles, who has developed excellent communication skills and a strong capability for working both on his own initiative and within a team. Computer literate and well-organised, a quick learner with a proven track record of taking on new challenges, tasks and responsibilities. Independently sought out and completed a course in Agile methodology for project management. Welcomes and takes on employer feedback to improve performance.
