A demonstrated ability to design complex digital PCB s utilizing through hole, single and double sided surface mount components including the creation of the symbols used on these PCBs. Boards have ranged in size from PCMCIA to 17" x 22" with up to 28 layers and over 3000 components. I have experience with BGAs with pin counts in excess of 1000 pins as well as micro BGAs with pin spacing as low as .5mm, requiring the use of micro vias. I have limited experience with RF designs and designs using blind and buried vias. I have the ability to utilize the available Allegro properties and constraint manager to ensure that the boards are correct by design. I have the ability to extract information from Allegro designs, and using various scripting languages and formatting this data into reports. I have written various SKILL programs that enhance the Allegro design environment.
