About
Having gained over 25 years’ management experience in the Financial Services sector, I am currently undertaking a 12-month consultancy role looking at business transformation for a Financial Planning Consultancy. In this role I am supporting the business following a period of rapid growth, focussing on strategy, structure, risk mitigation and business development to help maximise growth, increase productivity and streamline operations.Prior to this role I spent 9 years working on the rundown of the residual debt following the withdrawal of Bank of Scotland from the Republic of Ireland. During this time, I held several positions with increasing responsibility, eventually leading the day-to-day operations of the entire department, gaining invaluable experience in operational management, customer rectifications and asset disposal support. In 2022 following 18 years’ service with Lloyds Banking Group, I decided to seek other opportunities and I am delighted to be using skills and experience in a consultancy basis to help other businesses develop and grow.
