I’m a high octane VP of sales, who is passionate about leading a team of 115 sales professionals for a global distributor of communications, AV, and security solutions. In this role, I actively manage a robust p&l, consistently develop the best workforce talent, and most importantly instill belief to IGNITE our sales strategy. Our goal: We are in the business of ENHANCED distribution. Our go to market strategy is unique and extremely powerful. We aim to provide our customers access to 1) innovative inventory management programs 2) more than 450,000 products and approximately $1 billion in inventory 3) approximately 220 warehouses with 7 million square feet of space and 4) locations in over 250 cities in more than 50 countries. This powerful business model provides our customers immediate access to products, lowers their supply chain costs, and ultimately reduces capital / productivity / operational risk.
