Practiced in the application of the NIST framework as it relates to the Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2), the DHS systems audits meeting CFATS requirements as well as the DOE guidelines for the Cybersecurity Risk Management Process (RMP) Industrial Control Systems software testing, installations and maintenance, SCADA and HMI screen development and systems deployment. Part of the working groups tasked with the development of the United States Coast Guard Cyber policies and American Petrolium Institute (API 1164) Cyber Guidelines for pipelines and have a working knowledge of recent changes to HIPPA Cybersecurity guidelines. Hands-on experience with multiple PLC/DCS hardware and software solutions including Allen-Bradley PLC and PAC systems, Emerson DeltaV and Ovation and Siemens T3K systems through remote support, logic development and testing.
