Chris Tebbutt

Chris Tebbutt represents his clients in both the sale and acquisition of properties along the coast of South Orange County. Chris specializes in luxury properties, investment properties, income properties, corporate relocation, downsizing, first time home buyers. Having previously worked on the design side of real estate in New York City, Chris applies his degree in Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, to advise both buyers and sellers in making smart financial choices. Born and raised in Orange County, Chris lives in Laguna Beach with his husband and twelve year old twins. He has served on the Board of Directors to the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trustees for SchoolPower, the Laguna Beach Education Foundation. As founder of the Laguna Beach LGTBQ Heritage & Culture Alliance, Chris works in partnership with civic and business leaders to ensure diversity and inclusion are an integral part of the community.
