Chris Woodhouse

I'm a very driven and enthusiastic person, passionate about helping people to be at their very best within the engineering/operations industry and I pride myself on my abilities to help mentor and coach people past their self-imposed limits to achieve solutions nobody else can think of and that they didn't realise they were capable of! I graduated from Swansea University with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Aerospace Engineering (BEng) in 2014 and have since graduated from GE's OMLP program, currently holding a role within BHGE at the Leicester site as the sites capability development leader, striving to be an operations leader/director over the next 7-8 years. I have a strong network, I make sure I learn for at least 5 hours a week to continually develop myself as a person, an innovator and as a leader.
