My name is Minghao Wu. I come from Taiwan and this is the eighth years working in Foxconn at China Kunshan. Master degree in chemistry and material science as well as experience in Apple new Macbook manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development work of new tooling process on Macbook and responsible for manufacturing research to solve engineering problems in creative and effective ways. 2. Experience in innovation leadership – internal and collaborative with customer in development work to generate a competitive strength process and cost-down. 3. Strong knowledge of notebook manufacturing including aluminum material, stamping, heat treatment, CNC, surface treatment and property testing. Ability to read a drawing and understanding the basics of metrology. 4. Lead the development work of multi-type metal components surface treatment or chemical treatment of Mac-book products and design the process based on cosmetic and drawing requirement. 5. Supporting project team on the technical demands from customers and involving in working on multiple customized processes in the scope of: CNC, Polishing, PVD, Chemical treatment, Sand blasting, Anodizing, Cleaning, Automation etc. 6. Experience in chemical synthesis for new additive in Cleaning, Chemical polishing, Anodizing, De-painting and provide analytical results if needed by internal and external cooperation. 7. Independently carry out inorganic synthesis work, analytical investigation as well as evaluate of trial results, proper documentation and reporting.
