After coming to terms with the fact that my future wasn’t in pro baseball or soccer, my search for a job on “Wall Street” led me down the road of financial operations where I'm currently Vice President of operations for Epoch.Throughout my career I've been involved in developing various risk (business and operational) mitigation initiatives through both process improvements and technological procurements. I've led the effort to expand infrastructure, as my employers have broadened their global footprint and investment offerings, all while focusing on team building and instilling a "we instead of me" mentality.My goal is to learn something new every day, and given the constantly changing business landscape there's plenty of opportunities to do so.I’m always interested in exchanging stories with other professionals and learning from those who are more experienced.
