Christian Kotter is a dynamic experienced medical device professional with 13 years of successful operating experience within managerial roles in marketing, business development, product development, and scientific research. He has an innate knack for strategy combined with proven talents in analysis and interpretation. His extensive domestic and international experience including strategic marketing and procedure-based market development, allows him to assess a market and find solutions, which are patient and surgeon needs focused. He has a proven record in operational management leading and motivating cross-functional teams as they drive to market/profit growth. Most recently he co-ordinated multi-centre studies in Germany, Spain and South Africa of a new and highly innovative difficult airway device called Totaltrack VLM. This resulted in him engaging in the launch of the Totaltrack product into the Sub-Saharan African medical market.
