Commercial and outgoing transaction adviser in real estate with professional standing in the discipline (field) of transactions and financial management. I have experience from buy-side and sell- side engagements in the real estate market, both from a commercial role and as an advisor with emphasis on financial analysis. In recent years, I have developed my skills in real estate transactions from different perspectives. Commercial / Real estate experience In the role as a commercial real estate advisor, I work with transactions for customers in different segments. The combination of sales mandates and advisory assignments has provided me with insight into the dynamics of the real estate market. From buy-side engagements, I have experience in designing and performing commercial due diligence including presentation of investment cases based on the market situation. Analysis of rent levels and contracts, comparable transactions and cash flow assessments are primary focus areas. On sell-side engagements, I have learned that to carry out a smooth process and achieving maximum value, it is crucial to understand the buyer universe and the market dynamics. Including types of funding sources, amortizations and interest rates levels for investors. Financial experience As a transaction advisor I have worked with financial due diligence, valuation and transaction support in connection with acquisitions, sales, demergers and mergers. My financial experience has included income and profitability analyzes, forecast evaluations, working capital and net debt considerations. I have extensive experience with SPA negotiations, purchase price calculations, structures and closing procedures. This role has mainly been team-based and the various projects have been carried out in close cooperation with customers, colleagues and management. In addition, I have worked with international transactions, where project management and training of younger colleagues have been a central part.
