I am passionate about building companies and taking advantage of the digital disruption opportunity that has been taking place in the last 2 decades. On one hand it shortens lifecycle of most big companies that have little chances of succeeding digital transformation, and on the other hand it allows young entrepreneurs to generate huge amount of value and impact. It has operations today in Chile (www.cuponatic.com), Colombia (www.cuponatic.com.co), Peru (www.cuponatic.com.pe) y Mexico (www.cuponatic.com.mx) and it has a strong position as the second player in the industry with minimum investment compared to its competitors. Cuponatic acquired the following competitors: www.agrupemonos.cl (Grupo Copesa), www.urbania.cl (ex-grupo Peixe Urbano), www.ofertop.pe (grupo El Comercio), websites that are operated until today.Chita.cl is a Fintech company focused in online invoice factoring. It was born with the vision of providing access to credit to small companies through the advance of their account receivables with fare rates, in a quick way, and through a tech platform that provides a seamless User Experience (UX) with no friction and all the benefits of the digital disruption. All this in the context of a chilean financial industry struggling to transform due to high costs of change. Chita is a balance sheet lender and has already financed directly (not as a marketplace) +5.000 clients/ SME , +100.000 invoices, +$USD 200.000.000. We developed a franchise model to expand Chita y LATAM and we started our first franchise in Peru in 06/2022 (www.chita.pe)
