Christian René Loraine

My college background is in Economics, with emphasis on International Relations. With more than 12 years speaking, instructing, training and working using professional-level Spanish. I have 8 years of project management in Federal-level government construction; 3 years of project management in municipal-level government construction. I have worked on projects in all aspects, from labor to program management. My field of expertise is commercial/industrial construction. I have worked with municipalities, county, state governments, and Federal customers. My current industry is private, mixed use, multi-family development. I have highly developed analysis, communications and problem solving skills with an ability to handle multiple complex projects. My excellent customer relations has given me the ability to grow scopes of work to meet customer demands. I am a well-rounded project manager with field experience, and my goals are to continue to grow my project repertoire in magnitude of projects, complexity of projects, and eventually transitioning into international projects.
