As a dynamic business advisor and organizational leader, I direct multiple departments in delivering exceptional client experiences to key strategic clients worldwide. From a leadership perspective, I excel in identifying, recruiting, promoting, and mentoring top talent to best serve client needs, including structuring teams that complete critical audits and advisory services across various industries. I am currently leading TALENT SHIFT LLC, a newly launched subsidiary of FORVIS LLP that formed when DHG LLP merged with BKD, LLP in 2022 to form a top-10 global accounting firm. TALENT SHIFT focuses on aligning professionals with projects at companies across the globe, specializing in advisory, assurance, and tax professional services. Previously, I managed several hundred professionals at DHG LLP, oversight of operations, directing engagements through a teaming structure, leveraging resources appropriately while developing teams that exceed all client expectations. I also directed multiple initiatives to strengthen the onboarding of new talent and improve retention rates. Earlier in my career, I managed advisory services at EY, directing internal and external audits, SOX 404 internal control engagements, and enterprise governance engagements for several top-tier global public corporations. I also served as VP of Corporate and Investment Banking at Wells Fargo, directing operations of a multibillion-dollar non-publicly traded subsidiary.At TALENT SHIFT LLC, we believe that people are our most important assets.
