As a proactive, solutions driven professional who loves organising, I thrive on the diversity of the day to day operational function of a dynamic marketing and office environment. In my current position I play a pivotal role within the business, touching on a number of key projects and business strategies, whilst managing the wonderful mix of Marketing, Administration & Compliance, HR/Payroll, Accounts & Finance, and Team Management, delivering a high level of support to the Company’s stakeholders. My unique combination of skills enables me to wear many hats, bringing together a strong foundation in business performance and leadership to enhance and drive business growth. As a highly organised individual, I possess a hybrid skill set in marketing automation, systems configuration, design and content development. Using Dynamics 365 and integrating with existing Microsoft products such as Dynamics for Marketing, Business Central, SharePoint, Office 365 and Outlook, has created a streamlined and complete service across all business processes. Communicating and collaborating via Teams and Planner is the key to bringing the Team and guests together in one place. I have the confidence to adapt to changing priorities and can communicate effectively at different levels. With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong attention to detail, I’m able to create content and collateral for both online and offline channels. I understand the importance of maintaining and building brand awareness, lead generation and increasing engagement with new and existing customers. Culture in any business is a key component. This is an area I am passionate about, building and driving the organisation’s culture, ensuring core values and practices are visible and constantly reinforced to keep the team thriving in a positive environment.
