I bring over 8+ years of experience in sustainable materials sourcing and supporting brands to lower their environmental impact by guiding their material choices. Currently, I am a Senior Programme Manager for Exhibitor Partnerships at the Sustainable Angle, being the key relationship holder for suppliers and heading the intake of new materials for the Future Fabrics Expo. My passion lies in materials for fashion, underpinned by a strong belief that there are alternatives to the current raw material systems which can nurture people and the planet rather than deplete them. Textile production must be radically transformed at scale to meet science-based targets which align with Earth’s limits and societal sustainability goals. I am currently doing an Executive Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business (PCSB) at Cambridge University to explore how brands can reduce their impact on biodiversity and become active players in restorative systems. I hold a degree in Politics from SOAS and Fashion Design.
