Christina Zaybekian

I am the global practice manager for the Consumer sector at McKinsey & Company, which encompasses the Consumer Products and Retail practices. In this role I develop and drive strategic initiatives to support client, knowledge and people priorities. I manage a global team, with direct P&L responsibilities. I also play a leadership role to develop insights and recommend actions on key sector issues, working closely with leading industry associations. Prior to assuming this role, I was an consultant at McKinsey, based in both Chicago and New Jersey, where I worked on the front-line with both retail and consumer product companies to drive strategic, operational and commercial improvements. Earlier in my career, I worked for JPMorgan Chase (formerly Chase Manhattan Bank) in New York and Tokyo, where I served as an operations and product manager.
