I have over 20 years of experience leading Information Technology projects and cross functional teams, including directing all of the functional areas of the team, from managing tactical activities through to leading strategic initiatives. I work closely with the entire organization, as well as customers, partners and vendors, to align and achieve strategic and tactical goals. I have led organizations through day-to-day problem solving, developing strategic plans and budgets, interfacing customer service, ERP, warehouse systems and mobile driver tools, defining data architecture to improve BI, increasing cyber security awareness, testing disaster recovery plans and building strong vendor relationships. My strong communication skills facilitate the building flexible accountable teams that work proactively within all areas of the organization to provide solutions and process improvements that align with the corporate vision and mandate in a collaborative manner.My ability to understand the big picture and develop strategic plans that cross functional teams can deliver mean that I lead teams that form the bridge between effective business processes and the ability to use technology and applications to their full capability.
