I propel success in security operations, designing, implementing, and evaluating security position plans, while efficiently directing and coordinating activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of company assets, employees, invitees and others. I play a key role in ensuring established goals and objectives are accomplished with prescribed priorities, time limitations and with fiscal responsibilities. I also facilitate professional development, advising and making recommendations to support the formulation of goals and objectives, consistently exercising independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned. Also, I provide oversight and direction as the operational security support for multiple locations throughout the Treasure Valley, including the management of all security personnel for 24 hours, 7 days a week. I spearhead mission achievement through administration of 11 direct reports and 50+ on site contractors, as well as management of 24/7 Regional Security Operations Center, Security Receptionists, Security Patrol Officers, Security Coordinators, Security Gate Attendants, and the Security Locksmith. I also propel employee engagement through guidance to the group throughout changes and expansions. I’m integral in the management of the main site while also supporting 4 other remote locations, providing support to other locations on a global scale. I am a founding member of our Access Control Governance Team, facilitating the design and implementation of the access control system on a global scale. Recognized for exemplary service as the recipient of the Cost Reduction of the Quarter. As such, I’m integral in the design, development, and implementation of a successful hybrid Security model based on in-house Micron security staffing and augmented by support from a contract security company. Likewise, I streamline site security projects to include CCTV installations / upgrades, Access Control installations / upgrades. This also includes protecting proprietary company information.
