I am current using Kash Flow and managing over 200 customers, producing fortnightly and monthly invoices. All accounts are kept within their payment terms. In my previous role I was using Microsoft Dynamics Navision, before this I was using Sage Line 50. I process purchase invoices as well as sales invoices to strict deadlines also I process the transactions purchased through the company credit cards. I reconcile suppliers statements and also deal with credit control and produce weekly debtor schedules to head office. Every morning bank balances are issued to head office and then the Excel cash flow template is updated. All payments received are entered onto the system and monthly customer statements are issued. I resolve disputed sales and purchase invoices queries and I process the monthly payroll for over a 100 employees. I run the CIS monthly return and send the CIS statements to subcontractors. I process weekly supplier and subcontractor payment runs then issue remittance advices. I am currently studying the AAT accountancy level 2.
