Starting a new position as Head of Data and Reporting within the Data & Digital COO pillar. Excited to transform how we use data within the Private Bank leveraging the exceptional skill sets, business and functional knowledge across PB COO. Previously responsible for identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencies and turning these into tangible deliveries, reporting governance and resilience across Operations. I currently oversee capacity and demand planning for our transaction cycle ensuring there is robust data in place to support leadership with management of resource and adherence to SLAs. Within my current role I also support the communications strategy for the transaction cycle, ensuring key messages are appropriately cascaded and also co-ordinate townhall style meetings managing the logistics and content. With over 20 years of experience across financial services I enjoy the challenge of enhancing processes, delivering change in a fast pace organisation and developing our people.
