A contracts administrator is like a marriage counselor. The stakeholder wants to purchase services and the Vendor wants to sell their services to your company. It’s my job to ensure that the happiness bliss doesn’t taint the realities and that everyone has the same expectations going in. I take the emotion out of the equation by presenting data, pointing out the risks and ensure remedies are in place. It’s exciting for me to have a job with many moving parts and I’m the one coordinating it. In times of stress, I jump in to help the team because it’s my philosophy that the greater good is usually the best path. I consider myself as being fusion taking the best of all cultures and making it my own. I love the outdoors, enjoy traveling, cooking and taking care of my fur babies.
