I am an entrepreneur educated in business and footwear technology and passionate about innovation, leadership and solving complex problems that matter. While 70% of the roughly 220 million women who wear high heels regularly are suffering from immediate foot pain, heeled footwear has not changed much since 70 years.At MAISON BAUM®, our vision is to change that - and make women's lives easier and more aesthetic. Our first product, science-based anatomic insoles, has re-defined comfort in high heels and is available both through our own brand as through licensing.Our patented insoles relieve forefoot pressure by around 50% and are based on 4 years of research by orthopedic surgeons, including my father Dr. Peter Baum.
