Have over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and management in the Insurance business. Most of my career has been spent helping Mom and Pop businesses, face to face , with Health and Life Insurance products. I have extensive knowledge of providing a value proposition to enhance a customers experience at claims time. I have lead many successful sales teams at a small team and Agency level. I have been a successful sales representative recruiter, and team builder as well. I have relocated twice to rebuild teams, and help them put compliance syatems in place successfully. A year ago i purchased my own Agency, and developed it into a full service one stop shop, to include a layer of customer service to the clients as well as the agent.
