Christopher Finley is an executive level engineering, sales, and strategic planning leader with 15+ years of experience in the domestic and international oil and gas sector. A change and business growth advocate, Chris has a passion for the use of product and process improvements to increase company revenue and profits. As the Director of Product and Business Development at Ebara International Corporation, Chris oversaw the deployment of global growth strategies that identify, target and deliver distinctive value propositions and generate sustained, above-market sales growth. Before his role as Director of Product and Business Development, Chris held various engineering and research and development management positions, leading development teams in the creation of new to world products and processes in the oil and gas sector. Some of his key contributions to the industry are: • Developed and designed the world’s first ever two-phase cryogenic turbine expanders, which have been in operation for over 10 years, producing over $1M per year each of LNG and electricity production. • Lead a team that developed the world’s first tandem two-phase LNG expanders, increasing nitrogen rejection facility’s LNG production by 20%. • Lead the expansion and design of the world’s largest liquefied natural gas test facility from initial planning through commissioning. • Over 20 technical and strategic publications in various conference proceedings, technical journals and industry magazines. • Developed and implemented global strategic marketing and sales plans for next generation and existing product lines.
