My passion for the hospitality industry was fueled from the time I started off as a valet attendant at Four Seasons Westlake and built a career around 5 star service. My journey has taken me to Front Office supervisor at Four Seasons Santa Barbara and later growing to take on the Night Manager roll with Fairmont. I believe my skill set and personality contribute well to a propserous hotel.Most of the skills I have developed through education and hospitality experience have driven me into the successes I recently acquired. I have developed strong guest relations experience with my time at front office, guest services and organizing youth programs with LAUSD and Super Soccer Stars. I believe supportive and inspiring hotel management can lay the foundation for employee success and lead into customer satisfaction. Development of young talents and recognizing skills also holds dear to me. This industry is full of opportunities for all traits and skills but it’a roots stem by ones ability to look after others.
