I have over 15 years experience in Facilities Management Health and Safety and over 30 years experience in the construction and allied industries at varied capacities and levels. I have a pragmatic approach to work and continue to have hands on experience of many trades and as a result I have accrued a very broad knowledge of these industries. For several years I also owned my own business where I would carry out all types of domestic day-to-day, planned maintenance and repair works for very discerning private property owners, Landlords and Landlord representatives. Adept at decision making whilst in a highly pressurised environment to tight deadlines. Able to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing to ensure the performance of others directly and indirectly. I offer expert knowledge and skills in order to proactively generate and promote a positive health and safety culture within the contracts and teams I supported and to mediate between Clients, Contractors and Customers. I am an enthusiastic, hardworking, conscientious individual who works well either as part of a team or by myself. Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills, a good time keeper, reliable and honest, with good diplomatic and innovative project management and analytical skills.
