Previously worked on a major development for utilities connections & M&E to support a large scale manufacturing facility for battery cell technology. Working with Highways England infrastructure scheme under a NEC3 Option C target cost contract for road widnening operations. Providing commercial assurance, change management and reporting. Sellafield experience within the Nuclear sector on a large scale framework. Mainly based as a commercial role within the pre construction team working with bid management, estimating, risk and programme teams. Providing support to Northumbrian Water - Transferred Drains and Sewers project for the South Contractor, contractor management, on site measures and contract administration. Marlow Foods - aiding in post contract works, measuring of pipe work and isometrics aiding in valuation preparation and evaluation. Network Rail Minor Civils projects Benchmarking for emergency works. Working on the industrial maintenance at Growhow. Duties included contract administration for a MTC, model form 1. Review of fabrication contractor costs and general cost assistance on any project/shutdown works. Pre contract drafting for a minor civils NEC3 TSC contract.
