I am an MLTA Instructor/Placement Coordinator at Anderson College and I coordinate the placement of students into the workplace and actively coach students to prepare them for a competitive work environment. I have over twenty years of experience in administration and 18 years in phlebotomy and have advanced skills, knowledge and understanding of the importance of strong interpersonal skills. I have proven myself to be a natural leader in a team environment. I am punctual and have always maintained an exemplary attendance record. I take great pride in my work and am well known for having a contagious optimistic attitude. I remain calm in high-stress situations and I have a strong and natural sense of compassion and diplomacy. My current position involves preparing and delivering lesson plans to our adult students as well as assessing their progress and coordinating their externships all of which require great organizational skills and time management.
