Chuck Keeley

In my role as the President of CGR Products, I have four primary responsibilities: coordinate and drive our strategic planning process, directly support and develop our leadership team and indirectly develop all our associates, oversee the financial and operational performance of the company, and risk assessment. Our strategic planning process includes a yearly off-site meeting, quarterly updates, and numerous work sessions on the strategic initiatives. Formal support of the leadership team occurs in quarterly “one to one” meetings with me and each associate on the leadership team. I coordinate an ongoing development program in a team structure so each associate can learn from their peers on the leadership team. I also monitor and assist in structuring the companywide training programs. Company performance is monitored using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and they are reviewed monthly. The leadership team analyses the corporate KPI’s and I conduct those meetings. Each Plant Manager and the Sales and Marketing Manager conduct their respective KPI meetings, and I participate in those meetings. Risk assessment can take on many different forms.
