Lead a management team that is responsible for the Managed Cloud product offerings running in AWS specifically supporting the services that interact with the Ellucian ERP and CRM products supporting our cloud customers. - Manage the team to achieve business objectives including service levels, resolution time, and project deadlines. - Align team goals with cloud services delivery objectives. Lead direct reports in the definition and attainment of individual as well as business goals. - Ensure that teams have the resources, information, and processes necessary to deliver a highly available and resilient cloud platform to our customers. - Lead tactical response to errors, outages, and failures within the services we deliver. - Manage direct reports and ensure adequate workload coverage, including on-call support leveraging a global organization. - Manage leaders in a globally diverse workforce to support in-region customers localized needs. - Represents Application Engineering on cross-organizational teams to deliver on business and customer objectives. - Manage, define, and own key processes related to the support of our managed cloud customers. - Participate in architectural governance in partnership with other architects and directors within engineering to ensure a highly available and resilient managed cloud and SaaS platform. - Serve as a mentor and coach for our management team, and provide an escalation support path as needed.
