My experience and background include time spent in Consumer Lending, Business Banking, and the greatest majority in Mortgage Lending (25 Years). This experience has given me a well rounded background in Banking and how to deliver a Great Customer Experience.My career grew from ground floor customer delivery, to leading sales teams, to finally Directing Mortgage Sales and Strategy for a $12 Billion Regional Bank. Throughout my advancements I have never let go of the boots on the ground sales force and have always had direct oversight of an LO Team. Sales revolve around relationships and the great client experience, and teaching/training/living to this experience is one of my greatest strengths. This is also what makes my job/career so fun.
