I assist with integration between LOB partners and products, benefits, pricing and value proposition in order to enhance revenue growth for the Bank. I have 8 years experience managing bank locations or 13 more as a card service manager with financial institutions, retail stores, airlines, pro sports teams and B2B direct sales teams for bank products. I have created and managed cradle to grave mystery shop programs on national levels with over 300 stores shopped bi-monthly. I have created and administered account acquisition/card fulfillment programs and launched B2B sales/customer service programs. I'm a team organizer with deep knowledge of financial statements, staffing and sales training. I have managed a variety of arenas such as B2B, retail, trade shows and residential.
