I have worked within the Customer Service Industry for 15 years, predominately on the Operational side and in many capacities (from CSA to Director of Operations and Project Management). For the last 12 years I have been responsible for delivering on operational goals and objectives with a focus on driving the delivery of world class customer service with a first contact resolution. In my current role at Firstup I partner with a lot of Fortune 500 companies providing insight and strategy to help employees feel connected, engaged & empowered.
