Over 47% of the sales in the greater Sacramento area are to bay area clients. The client base I have in the bay area has continued to grow which is only helping us develop the business in Roseville. In these tight economic times we have had to become experts in Short Sale transactions as well. This is an area that can be of great benefit to both the home owner trying to prevent foreclosure and the home buyer looking for a deal without the competition surrounding the bank owned homes. Bob and I continue to pay over $1200 a month to be coached and mentored by the best in the business. Between our coaches and our mastermind groups and the support of the Keller Williams education system, we stay at the top of our game so we can be the best at what we do.
