Cindy Pautzke

Cindy has proven that enjoyable and participant-centered training increases retention, the ability to do the job more successfully, and ultimately organizational performance results. She is committed to making all interventions that she designs or delivers participant centered and measurably successful from a business standpoint. Cindy has personally trained a quarter of a million trainers and leaders and has facilitated solutions and seminars in over 40 US states and Canada. She began early, founding what grew to a million dollar family business at age 9 called Pumpkinland. She received her grounding as a trainer in corporate America and rose quickly to Vice President level, with cross-departmental and multiple location responsibilities. When working with clients, Cindy applies her 30 years of training and management experience, creativity and focus on the simple solutions to realize business outcomes. Her unique combination of experience, vision, and skills energize and guide everyone from executives to front-line staff through a cultural change to performance improvement. Her personal passion is to develop and mentor training professionals, empowering them to be recognized in their organizations as strategic partners who produce superior performance. As President and owner of Participant Centered Learning: Power of the Pink Lines (POP), Cindy helps clients change how they think and act so they can improve relationships and achieve better business results, taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary. POP's specialty is creating highly customized solutions to meet the outcomes their clients’ desire. After that, she works with clients to redesign ‘death by .PPT into a participant-centered, fun filled solution. Her motto is represented by her logo. She states, “As powerful as the green lines are, they are not near as powerful as the pink lines!” She travels with Indy, her service animal and therapy dog which engages in the learning environment.
