Claire is in PwC's consulting practice in Glasgow, Scotland aligned to People Centered Change & Culture, and focuses on strategic change, culture activation, HR transformation, change management strategy and execution, talent management, human capital strategy, and organization design. A fast learner always ready to take on challenges, excited about organizational theory, gender dynamics, culture, community development and deeply motivated to contribute, especially across cultures and borders. Claire has successfully worked on change management efforts for clients undergoing global and business transformations. Recent work includes aligning a global nonprofit to simplified and standardized HR process and HCM platform across 125+ countries, pitching and analyzing a Culture Thumbprint analysis for a midwestern HIA client, designing Change Management strategy for a global HRT / HCM project, and leading the Customer Service Center transformation onto Salesforce for an Eastern Seaboard Power and Utilities company with over 5,000 affected stakeholders.
