Thanks for taking the time to look at my profile. With over 20 years of knowledge & experience in the Learning & Development sector as a Training & Events Coordinator & Training Coordinator/Administrator. I have been directly involved in the delivery of training programs from inception to conclusion with a high understanding of all processes & procedures. I have great interpersonal skills & strong communication skills, forging strong working relationships. Excellent attention to detail & all round administration experience. Scheduling/planning experience & skilled in the use of Excel spreadsheets (Sharepoint, Outlook, Powerpoint & Word). Take ownership & responsibility with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Extremely organised & can prioritise my workload. I have an overall positive attitude & can self-motivate working in both a team environment or working independently. My current role at RPS Tetra Tech is working as an Events & Operations Coordinator (EOC) for the Energy Training division, supporting the Global Operations & Client Relations Manager. My role is busy & multi-faceted, this includes coordination of course logistics, making sure all requirements are successfully arranged & delivered for our yearly NTA programme, including stand-alone In-house & Advisory (SIA) training courses. We deliver virtual live online courses, classroom-based courses & field based courses globally. Some other key responsibilities are user enrolment; placing orders for course training materials & course supplies; arranging venues;/monitoring T&C's; arranging travel for tutors & representatives; HSSE documentation/Travel Risk Assessments for staff travelling abroad; occasionally facilitating virtual live online courses supporting the tutor(s). 2021 & 2022 were particularly busy times for us all as we implemented our virtual on-line courses (& recently our E-learning courses). This included learning various platforms to deliver these virtual courses. Additionally we learnt to use our new L&D platform allowing participants to access courses. Using the back-end of the system we would create all course pages & upload all necessary course materials for each course. We would also create & add the webinar links for each day of the course. I am very proud of what our team & department achieved over the past two years, but I'm extremely proud of myself for not only learning new systems & implementing new processes/templates etc., but for facing these challenges with a positive attitude & able to clearly envisage the long term goal.
