I spent the first 15 years of my life moving every 2 years to a new country spanning from Canada and South Korea to Guam and the Philippines which ingrained a deep curiosity in people and the world around me. Throughout my work experience, I've excelled in three areas: data management and analysis, customer satisfaction, and office administration. Everywhere I go, I am looking for new ways to grow and develop not only as a human being but also with a company that wants to impact the world. I have had the opportunity to work on major projects that offered deep fulfillment, such as envisioning and building Rutgers University - Camden's Academic Integrity Tutorial which is still being used to this day. I was involved in the creation of this tutorial, as well as the maintenance of it once it was up and running. I was also a key person in extensive data dives and analysis of over 7,000 cases in academic and conduct affairs using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. I loved finding the organization in the chaos that often comes with large amounts of data. I've also been a key person in authoring training manuals and checklists to ensure a streamlined and uniform culture for my coworkers, and improved efficiency by 37%. During my time at the Westin, I had over 300 guest satisfaction surveys over my coworkers who had 99, and I had the top score for multiple months in a row. I thrived on being the first point of contact for guests and using my interpersonal skills to make their stay special without them needing to ask for anything. During my free time, I created and hosted a blog on Philadelphia coffee shops, showing the creative side of me that longs for playing with possibilities and connecting to the world on a deeper level. I used WordPress, BlueHost, MailChimp, and social media connections such as Instagram and Google Ads. I have a wealth of skills and am looking for a job that I can be engaged in and at the end of the day, make a difference.
