In this time I have worked in several departments including food & beverage (3 restaurants & room service), communications, hotel reservations, guest relations, guest services and quality assurance. For the past three years I have been working as the quality assurance manager for the guest services department. My daily tasks include monitoring, training, coaching of the staff as well as performance and people management. I enjoy working in this fun, fast paced and challenging industry. I have learned so many new skills and built many strong relationships in different departments and I look forward to further expanding my knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry.
