Ph.D in biochemistry, 20 years industrial experiences in downstream process development and GMP manufacturing. Good knowledge and hand on experience in process design, optimization and characterization (DoE), Unit operation scale-up and scale-down, applying rigorous scientific and engineering principals and approach to all aspects of purification development, technology transfer and scale up production. Good knowledge and hand on experience in developing analytic methods to monitor and analyze target proteins, in writing/reviewing Batch Production Records, SOPs, Tech Reports and other regulatory documents. Familiar with computer software including word processing, data evaluation and software interface with process characterization using DoE; demonstrated ability to manage complex projects; leadership and supervisory skills.
