Currently responsible for strategic initiatives working with Production, Underwriting, Servicing and Corporate strategic partners to enhance the customer experience and improve the business processes. As the Product Manager of Berkadia’s SharePoint Online (SP) applications our team is reimaging existing SP tools as well creating new SP applications. Working across the Berkadia enterprise to define goals, needs objectives and challenges for day-to-day processes, leading change management working in tandem with the various business owners. As a member of Berkadia’s Centers of Learning group, I am assisting with training and development for new hires as well as existing staff. Transformation Program and Project Manager leading change by leveraging professional commercial real estate experience working with all Business partners, Lenders; third party vendors; offshore operations as well as technology portfolio initiatives. Strategic Initiatives working with commercial Servicing leveraging CMBS, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Companies, Banks, third party vendors; offshoring and international experience with process improvement and migration. Large servicing portfolio integration and conversion; expanded operations in Hyderabad, India as well as M&A, opened offices in Japan, Ireland, and the UK; as well as obtained Bank license with Central Bank of Ireland and lived in Ireland for three years. Senior Vice President with over thirty-six years’ experience in commercial real estate industry and working for Berkadia or predecessor companies. Berkadia acquired the North American loan origination and servicing operations of Capmark Financial Group Inc. December 2009.
