As a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Professional “Always Looking to Add Value”, Clarence is not only hard working & laser focused, but also leverages his experience from acquisitions, asset management, investment sales, research, & analytics in all major property types to formulate solutions to add value in order to maximize opportunities & outcomes for partners & clients. Clarence is currently an Acquisitions Analyst at BKM Capital Partners, a real estate owner-operator & fund manager focused on acquiring small & mid-bay light industrial multi-tenant business parks in metros across the Western U.S. (AZ, CA, CO, NV, OR, & WA) & creating value via strategic upgrades, hands-on management, & adaptive repositioning. He was previously an Asset Management Associate at Harbor Associates, an owner-operator focused on value-add & covered land play office investments located in Southern California & Denver markets. Prior to joining Harbor, Clarence worked for South Street Partners where he underwrote value-add office acquisitions in the West & Southeast. Before that, he was a Manager & Lead Financial Analyst at Faris Lee Investments focused on multi-tenant retail dispositions incl. Unanchored strip, neighborhood/community centers, & regional malls across the US. Clarence also has underwritten value-add multifamily & industrial in the West & Sunbelt for MIG Real Estate, & core/core-plus office in Denver for KORE Investments. Over his career, Clarence has underwritten over $4B in commercial real estate investments across the US & has been involved in closing over $450M. He also has held previous roles in CRE research & analytics at CoStar as a Research Manager for Denver, Salt Lake City, & Kansas City, & as a Senior Market Analyst for the US. Covering all property types. Clarence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego & Masters of Science in Real Estate from University of San Diego. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) & ARGUS software certified (ASC). Clarence is also a mentor to aspiring commercial real estate professionals, & a participant in the Triton Real Estate Organization.
