Clarence Zhang

Clarence Zhang is the co-founder and Sales Director at Mednefits. As the Sales Director, Clarence develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base and build strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients. Prior to founding Mednefits, Clarence was in the insurance industry for more than 7 years. With a keen focus on the employee benefits landscape in Singapore, he helped many clients to craft their employee benefits policy, insurance policies, and renewals. He worked with clients such as AsiaMalls, Bank of China, Ya Kun and ERA Realty. As a sign of the value that Clarence brings to them, these clients have remained faithful to him. A firm believer in creating solutions and tools for employers to create the healthcare experience everyone deserves, Clarence was instrumental in finding out customers’ needs and translating it to product requirements. Many of the features in the Mednefits platform was borne out of his understanding of his clients’ pain points, such as the e-claims function.When he is not out in the field working with clients, Clarence can be found in another field – the soccer field. He is an avid soccer lover, playing weekly matches with his friends and spending hours more than just being an armchair commentator.
