My career path mirrors the way I understand the market - we have a starting point and loyalty to it depends on the circumstances, the opportunities, the interests we are developing, and how we anticipate our future and design it. My starting point was working on HR, always taking a partnership position with the other business teams. Always as a facilitator and promoter of policies and ways to make things happen, aligning business interests with the people who work in them. My experience allows me to better understand what I like and what I’m good at. Tourism (luxury and experiential), Wine (wine tourism), Fashion and Design, are the sectors with which I feel the most affinity. I like the aesthetic component of my surroundings and the visual language itself. I like to work the experience, the contact with new realities, the adaptation. I always have a holistic and necessarily evolutionary approach to everything that is presented to me. I am excited about the beginnings, but also the reinvention and adaptation of heritage. I am a natural “maker” and life enthusiast.
