I am a whole-brain leader with a skillset like a Swiss Army knife, operating at the intersection of human-centered design, business strategy, and innovation. On my journey from management consultant to human-centered strategist, I’ve become an advocate for incorporating design methodologies and creative ways of working into traditional business practices. I believe in the power of design to drive customer-focused innovation across multiple dimensions of an organization and in the importance of having a holistic business mindset to create sustainable and actionable change. As someone who cares deeply about community, I feel passionately that people and organizations have a responsibility to positively impact their customers and the world. My goal is to drive sustainable, customer-focused innovation and to lead the next wave of solutions across financial advice and wellness, food sustainability, personal health, and more.
