System Architect in Electro-Mechanical product designs. System architect on GalaxyVL UPS 200-500kW project (launched in 2021). Responsible for the introduction of Live Swap (key selling point) on GalaxyVL and GalaxyVS. Working in Schneider's R&D excellency team for our 3-Phase UPS and Data Center Systems line of business with strong focus on innovation, sustainability and product safety. 2022: appointed Edison Level 2 (Schneider's talent recognition program). 2021: 3rd time re-appointed Edison Level 1. My primary interest is to work with new product development from paper phase up to industrialization. I consolidate product requirements with marketing and services. Further, I propose new designs and solutions and take lead on detail design execution. My passion is to find the optimal solution to complex problems and I can "think-out-of-the-box". In 2021, I won Silver price in Schneider Electrics new product idea competition. In my 20 years at Schneider-Electric I have gained substantial experience about working in a global matrix organization. I have had the privilege to participate in developing several products from paper draft to release to sales. Before that I have worked with development of fuel cell and natural gas reforming systems. I have 5 granted patents and hands-on experience in System Architecture, System design, 3D CAD and mechanical construction. Deep experience in d-FMEA & causality fault tree analysis. Deep experience in design of reliable products. My educational background is a masters degree in Electro Mechanical systems design from Aalborg University. English and German is spoken fluently and I have strong writing skills in English.
