I am a high performing change agent with more than 8 years experience in managing complex global programs and transformations with a focus on Europe and China. I successfully led complex programs such as implementation of CRM worldwide (focus on change, communication and adoption), launch of flagship store on Alibaba B2B platform in China, process re-engineering projects, strategic reviews and planning, etc. From Strategy formulation to implementation and monitoring, I strongly promote collaboration, breaking siloes, empowerment and engagement of teams at all levels, and transparent 360 communication. I have built specific experience into change management, digital transformation and doing business in Asia, with a focus on digital in China through my professional experience in Shanghai and collaboration with Alibaba.
